Get Lockpicking Up Fast

 

Okay, this is mainly for levels 30-40ish Rogues. SM is a good instance I say and it's great for getting up lockpicking. Simply stealth, go over to them and Pick Pocket. 50% of the time you get Old Lockboxes which up your skill. Most times if your in the 38-40 zone, you will never be spotted, and if you are ever spotted, simply Vanish. I usually get the first 2 rooms on SM-Armory Pick Pocketed before the group even kills anything. This got my lockpicking maxed very quick.
